URL based destination with TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter

Has anyone done something similar using a Snapchat, Pinterest, or Twitter remarketing pixel? If so, can they share the base url, secure url, and delimiter?

You can create a device based destination for sharing segments with twitter through AAM UI.
