There seems to be an issue with workspace downloading and emailing workspace reports. I have never had an issue before but today I do. I requested a report be emailed to me hours ago and it still hasn't been sent. I also have requested to download the project a few times and it doesn't download. I get the notification that my download request has been submitted, but nothing else happens.
I'm on a deadline with this project, so this is a definite problem. Is there some kind of issue with this tool today?

I've noticed the lag time for download and email increasing. Reports often turn up 4+ hours after they are requested. I'm hoping this is just a phase and not the new norm!
