Why the dimension Previous URL doesn't work?

The Previous URL/Page Name show no data in Workspace.

Other dimensions work well in Workspace.

I want to see the PV and successful event for Page B that only from page A but not other pages.

Those dimensions, Previous URL (prop16) and Previous Page Name (prop17), are custom dimensions that have been setup by your AA technical implementation specialist. They are not standard dimensions that AA provides out-of-the-box.

Consult with your implementation specialist to troubleshoot this problem.
