Where can I find information on how to set up Azure for classification files?

Adobe's set up seems to be fairly straight forward but where can I find information to set up Azure? I am told, by our Azure team, that the links in the Adobe documentation to the Azure help files are not helpful.

If not, can you be more specific of where you want to set up Azure with Adobe Analytics?

This would be for setting up the account and location for classification files.

Just an FYI. The documentation is not terribly helpful. For example, Location account secret. What is this? There is nothing in Azure called this when it comes to applications.
