What is the easiest way to share segments with Context Hub?

I would like to create segments in Adobe Analytics and share that information with AEM for simple personalization.  We are currently looking at whether or not ContextHub can get segments from the Experience Cloud. I know that Target can do it, but we're trying to keep things as simple as possible.  Thanks!
