Hi All,
I wanted to understand what is happening here. And what are these at HIT, VISIT levels.
Does this give results of customers who placed 0 orders or 1 order?

Here is the segments for your three use cases. There is no metric in adobe analytics which tracks the installations, the closest match would be first launch, which happens after the installation
1) Users who installed and registered but have not transacted at least once (Orders = 0), Add another condition in the segment where you are capturing the registrations, in a segment like this
2) User who installed, registered, and made only one purchase (Orders = 1)
In this case order = 1
3) Users who installed, registered, and launched the app and made more than one purchase (Orders >=2)
You can use metric "Launch" exists and registration event exists and order >= 2
You should be creating three different segments in this case to achieve your use case
Hope this helps

I think the segment is not build correctly at all. Could you elaborate of what exactly you want to build?
By looking at how the segment if structured it does not make sense.
In your own terms explain what is a "new buyer" and we might be able to help you.

Hi
Thanks for replying
I wanted to build a segment for these three
1) Users who installed and registered but have not transacted at least once (Orders = 0)
2) User who installed, registered and made only one purchase (Orders = 1)
3) Users who installed, registered and launched the app and made more than one purchase (Orders >=2)
Note: The installation and registration can be done anytime before purchase event
How does the customer loyalty metric gets updated when customer moving from one segment to other
