I need you help to understand a point on the client/server side tagging and also the tracking between app and webview.
So far, the majority of my App pages has been "native app" format, tracked with client side solution.
All the cart view/Checkout process is being displayed in a webview and is tracked with server side solution.
We are adding more and more pages tracked server side, and we are seeing an issue in the data reconciliation between App and Webview.
So far we can see that the Visitor ID is lost and a new session/visitor ID is attributed once the visitor land on the cart page/checkout process.
We already checked the following documentation:
But it's not solving our problem.
Also, due to a GDPR requirement, we had to disable third-party cookies (so Demdex cookie is off at the moment).
Is there a solution to keep track of users between Native App and Webview even if the tagging solution isn't the same?
For information, we are using Launch and MID to track it.
