Track Exit Users

Hi Team,

 

I want to track the reason why there is drop(exit) of users after particular stage in a mobile app. I used the Flow to see the journey of the users and found 10% of previous step are exiting and approx. 5% are going back to previous page.

So I want to track two thing
1. Why the users are exiting?
2. Why they are going to previous step?

I don't think you can track "why" with AA. I imagine you'd need to ask your users for their reasons, which a survey might be more appropriate for.
