Search engine all traffic encrypted? Clarification

Avatar

Level 3

HI,

when I go on Traffic source -> Search engine all, I get the 70% of my traffic as unknown. Is this due to the google encrypted search? If yes, why the rest, let's say 25%, is still coming from google and I am able to see it? i.e. Google, Google - Japan, Google Brasil etc.

Many thanks,

G.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to Adobe Community.

If the javascript function was unable to fire, "Unknown" is shown in reporting. Please go through the below doc to understand it more:

https://helpx.adobe.com/analytics/kb/none-unspecified-and-unknown.html

Thanks!

Thanks I will have a look now.

But what could be the other 25% coming from Google? I mean, why I can see the 25% and not the 70%?
