Hello
I use report builder to update monthly sheets. Since this months the 'Manage' button does not load / show the wizard to manage all my data blocks. When I click on 'Refresh' though after having clicked on 'Manage' it gives an error message that the 'Edit Requests form' first needs to be exited (see screen shot). When I first click on 'Refresh' it runs the refresh for all data blocks. I have tried to restart my computer, I have deinstalled and reinstalled report builder (version 5.6.57). I use Microsoft Excel for Microsoft 365 (version 2410). Does anyone have an idea what to do and how to solve that?
Thanks a lot!

Does anyone know what that means?

Ensure you have write permissions to the save location, close any other open Excel instances, and try simplifying the report if it's too large. If the issue persists, recreate the report in a new workbook or use a different one."

Hi Roshanchauchan,
thanks for your answer. I have tried to open a blank new Excel, create two very simple data blocks and the same happens when I click on the 'Manage' button. I have no other Excel files open.

Hi @claudias8466011 ,
Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
- Close any open forms or dialogs related to the "Edit Requests form" before refreshing or managing data blocks.
- Ensure both Report Builder and Excel are up-to-date.
- Disable other add-ins that might conflict with Report Builder.
- Delete the Report Builder settings folder in %APPDATA%\Adobe\Report Builder\ to reset settings.
- Ensure no network/firewall issues block Report Builder from connecting to Adobe Analytics.
Let me know if that works for you.

Thanks again Roshanchauchan,
Could you give me a tip where to look for the folder you mentioned?
I will also check the last point. However, when I open a fresh excel file and create two very simple data blocks it works. The strange behavior starts when I click the 'Manage' button.

On window, Open File Explorer.
Paste this exact path in the address bar:
%APPDATA%\Adobe\
Look for a ReportBuilder folder inside the Adobe folder. If it doesn’t exist, Report Builder might not have created it yet.
