Regarding this Automated Message from Adobe: Administrator has altered some permission settings for AEP

A few weeks back, my team and I received a message saying -

"Your administrator has altered some permission settings for Adobe Experience Platform.

This does not affect your access to other Adobe products and services.

If you think this was done in error, please contact your administrator."

I have attached a screenshot of the message here

Ever since this happened, my team and I have been unable to log back into our Adobe analytics console and Adobe developer console. And when logging into the Adobe admin console, none of the permissions that previously existed within it, exist any more. Our organization does not have a designated administrator who made any changes to cause this and we know that nobody from our team did. Currently, we are unable to use our test accounts although the accounts themselves appear to exist because the automations we setup for testing out end to end setup still work as expected. Has anybody encountered this situation before? We don't know if there is a better place to post about this. We were previously able to create support tickets but since these changes, none of us have permission to create support tickets either. Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

Akshay
