Does organic search traffic populate automatically for a new site? Do I have to do any changes in the Admin console in Marketing channels to see organic search keywords?

Most Search Engines after going to SSL no longer send Search Keywords to the website... this means they will not show up in your analytics no matter what settings you do. You may still be able to get a few keywords from some sources, but the majority will just show as "Keyword Unavailable".

Google Analytics can provide this because you can connect it directly to Google Search Console.

If you want Search Keywords in Adobe Analytics, you may be able to export Google Search Console Data and import that data in Adobe as a data source....

@xcode2295 Most search engines no longer pass the search keyword due to increasing privacy practices. Hits where Adobe recognizes a search engine but is missing keyword groups under the dimension item "Keyword unavailable".

Here is the documentation on the same for reference
