Hi Team,
I created two new report suites with future go live date(next day). I also got the confirmation that the report suit has been successfully created but i am not able to find those in my list.
If i try to create a new one with same name, error says that the suite already exists.
How to find the created suites?

guess the first thing would be to check whether your account had actually access to these RSIDs, since unfortunately Adobe's right management system is so crazy fine granular that it could happen that even though you have the right to create an RSID, does not automatically grant you the right to see it.
i would go to the admin of your choice and check with him whether he can see the new RSIDs.
And in the admin section, check that that either all report suites are automatically added or at least add the new ones

Sure i will check with my admin, it should be the case else i would have seen the created suites.

Not yet, as the point of contact who can give me the permission is not available in this week. I may get the permission next week. Will update in that case.
