New Data Wearhouse - Not Allowing "Save Request"

I have built a report to be exported to an FTP server on the new Data Wearhouse UX.

I have filled out all the sections but I am unable to "save request" and I don't know why.

General Settings:

Build Your Report:

Report Destination:

Report Options:

Notification Email:

Analytics

You are missing a "Location" on the Report Destination tab.

The Account is the login credentials, the Location will specify the Folder that the file will be dropped into...

If you just need it on the Root folder, then create a "Root" location:
