Need infotmation on cookie fields for Dynamic Tag Management Configuration

Hey, I am using the dynamic tag manager. I was configuring the cookies part and needed some help in this regard. Can anybody tell me where i can get the following fields for my Account - 

1. Transaction ID

2. Tracking server

3. SSL tracking server
