If there aren't any issues logging in through my.omniture.com with your legacy credentials, then I'd think this is one of those instances where Customer Care is going to be able to provide the most help here. Since the issue appears to be company-specific, we won't have to ask about company details on a public forum. You can have a Supported user get in touch and we'll be able to give a much more definitive answer as to what might be happening here.
