Hi
This page is driving me mad. It sometimes fires in Chrome and IE11, but far from always. Mobile and Tablet visits almost always causes it to fire properly.

I don't have any problems with similar step 1 pages such as

Anyone with any experiences about such "random image request" problems?

Hi Michael,
You are using an old version of the library H.22.1. You might want to update the library to the latest one H.27.2 : http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/sc/appmeasurement/release/c_release_notes_javascript.htm... . Updating to the latest H version will be the quickest.
You might want to consider moving to the new Javascript appmeasurement JS 1.3.2. (faster, lighter, better for mobile, robust enough to be used on full desktop web) : http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/sc/implement/appmeasure_mjs_migrate.html
On addition you are using HTTPS for the links that you provided. I would suggest you to use first party cookies implementation : http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/whitepapers/first_party_cookies/fpcookies_overview.html
If the image request is too slow then you might want to try RDC : http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/whitepapers/rdc/index.html?f=rdc
Best regards.

Hi Alexis
Very nice of you to reply.
Good suggestions all of them. I think I will try to see if updating to 27 makes the code more resistent towards various problems.
The other ideas are good as well, but unfortunately I have very limited developer time on my hands, and I think those options will prove too costly right now, whereas updating to 27 might be possible.

Hi Michael,
You might want to consider using Dynamic Tag Manager https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/dtm/ for your future implementation. DTM can manage the Adobe analytics library and update it automatically. The tool is free.
For you to update to H27 for now, just download the new code version, open it in a text editor and copy all the code under do not delete anything below this line
Open the s_code.js file from your website in a text editor, and paste the code under do not delete anything below this line and save
Best regards.
