We have Adobe Analytics. It's great for our B2B digital (web only) marketing efforts. We're trying to figure out options for expanding a successful web-model into non-web marketing areas and tracking all touch points with prospects.
We keep coming back to identifiers. We have many different ways of identifying a person. Personal name, email, ECID, IP, company/account name, etc. - each has different strengths and different granularity.
Does CJA have any tools to help distinguish our prospects and unify our identifiers into some model that has a high success rate? I imagine this would be some AI tool or model, but not sure what's available.
Or does CJA still depend on our own efforts of supplying one global identifier and rely on us to run our own ID model?
