No problem Edison. You'll just need to include an "exclude visitors" container. So if I wanted to see visitors who only click the CTA button two times (no more, no less), my segment would look like this.
--- Include Visitors who ---
Click CTA Button
THEN
Click CTA Button
------------------------------
AND
--- Exclude Visitors who ---
Click CTA Button
THEN
Click CTA Button
THEN
Click CTA Button
------------------------------
So include visitors who have clicked twice, but exclude those who have clicked 3 or more
And if you don't need to specify that a specific eVar value was present at the time of each click (you don't care what CTA they clicked, just that the CTA click event was fired), then you can get away with just having a segment that states "Include visitors where CTA Click equals 2"
Build a sequential segment that shows visitors who meet your criteria, and "then" meet your criteria again. Duplicate your criteria in the segment as many times as you would like to see that behavior. So the below would show visitors who have clicked the browse-hero-cta at least twice.
Hi Lil'woodchuck,
Thanks for your reply.
So How could I fulfill "New Customer" in CTA Button.
And I set segmentation following your way.
It seems included "at least" twice.
However I need to know user who only a single and twice click CTA Button.
Could you tell me how to do?
Thank you in advance.
