Thank you for reaching out to Adobe Community.

You need to have an account with Adobe first in order to proceed further and if you already have an account then you may reach out to your respective AM (Account Manager) for your queries.

Adobe Analytics monitors the activity that has already happened on your site (Processed Data) and gives you numbers and figures. You can then look at the data, monitor the metrics and hence make adjustments to your site to enhance its performance.
