Getting Certificates

Could someone let me know who I should email to get a certifcate sent to me, I passed the Workbench Architect course last year but the certificate never arrived.

Hi Mark,

You should have received an email from certification@educationcets.com with the subject line as " Adobe Education certificate" within 5-7 days of passing your exam. Also your name is listed on the ACE Finder once you successfully pass the exam. Can you confirm if your name is listed there?

Also are you referring to passing the LiveCycle Workbench ACE?

Thanks for the reply.

I haven't received anything from certification@educationcets.com, I've only received confirmation of compeltion of the course. I did receive the logos to use in any marketing I wanted to but not the certificate. Thank you for sharing the ACE Finder, worryingly I'm not listed on that either and should be, Should I be listed on here for both Analyst and Architect ? The exam last yeat was Adobe Insight - Architect ACE, I think now renamed Workbench.

Are you able to look into this or advise who I can contact to look into this for me

Hi Mark,

Thanks for letting me know. I did some research and found this doc which should help you with respect to your name not appearing on the ACE finder and your certificate. I'll request you to check the following now:

1) Log in to the Adobe Certified Portal and check your certification status.

2) Refer to the question "What do I receive upon certifying?" on the link mentioned above to see what all you'll get once you're an ACE.

3) Follow the steps listed under the question "How do I add my name to the ACE Finder?" in order to get you're name added to the ACE Finder list.
