you should have a look at How To Fix Cppenv25.dll is Missing / Not Found Error .In the manual you will find some possible causes for the absence of cppenv25.dll. Please follow the steps in "How To Fix Cppenv25.dll Errors" and (I quote): Caution: We do not recommend downloading cppenv25.dll from "DLL download" sites.
