Looking to recreate event reports I created in Google Analytics within Adobe Analytics.

What is the best way to accomplish this task? Should I create a tag or a saint classification or a data layer to best accomplish this task.

For what you are trying to achieve, Classifications seem to be the best method in my opinion. You could read about that here - https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/reference/classifications.html
