Hello,
We have been trying to send scheduled excel workbooks from Report builder to FTP/ SFTP. and we are getting failure deliveries. We are not using Adobe owned FTP and have tried using ports 21 / 22 both.
The error message usually says "Failed to connect to the ftp"
Any help would be really appreciated. We tried speaking to our IT team to see if the ports are clear, but not able to figure out.
Can any one please help with ideal configurations?
