I am a Third Party User and should have active access to another workspace. I am logged in, my profile is verified as a permitted user, however I am getting this error when trying to access AA:

EIM instance error generally comes up when the user's account is not linked with their IMS organization at the backend or when the user's access has expired.
I guess it'd be best if you can log an analytics support ticket to investigate the issue further ad they can check for your user's expiry and linkage.
