Error saving a project

I am trying to save a new project, but an error message appears all the time. 

Do you have any tip to solve this?

maybe Adobe had a release window that affected the functionality.

If something like this happens, you can always check https://status.adobe.com

As the error indicates, this may have been a temporary issue. Can you try again?

I agree with @bjoern__koth; this normally happens during maintenance windows, but if the issue persists beyond that, then you may have to reach out to Client Care.

Sadly, the error messages are "less than helpful" to the user, and like you, we can't see the details of why it's failing....
