Hi All,
I noticed that almost everyone on my team has access to the 'Share with Anyone' feature, except for me. This has been quite inconvenient as I frequently collaborate with internal and external teams across various Data Centers worldwide.
I referred to the following link, which states, "As of June 5, 2023, you can now share read-only links to Analysis Workspace projects with people who don’t have access to Adobe Analytics."
Could someone advise if there’s a way for me to manually register to access this feature?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

@HannahJa1 The workspace project owner has shared project with you as read only. check with the owner of the work space project get the edit original or edit copy access.
As read only user will not get share project feature.
you can find the owner of the project as below by checking with your colleague.
@HannahJa1Accept the solution if it solve your problem.
To use the "share with anyone," a few settings need to be turned on. First, it has to be turned on for your organization in the admin console, which, if your teammates are using it, sounds like that is done.
Second, you need to have a product profile on your account that has that feature added to it. If you go under product profiles in the admin console, under "analytics tools" you will see the options that can be added. In my screenshot below this profile doesn't have access to the share with anyone option. You need to have at least one profile on your account that does have it added. One of the admins should be able to add this to your account.
The other option is to have it enabled for everyone in the organization. In workspace, go to preferences, and then company preferences, and there is an option to turn it on here.
Hi there Mandy, thank you for the time to go through my inquiry.
I have already tried with the #3 solution but my account didn't have a tab called 'Company' under the Preferences setting.

If you don't see that, then I'm assuming you aren't an admin. I would suggest reaching out to one of the admins in your organization and ask if they can add the ability to use share with anyone links to your account. If they aren't sure how to do it, it's the second point in my post above, they just need to have a product profile with that enabled added to your account.
