Difference in unique visitor?

I created a segment and found the number of unique visitor for it. Then i broke down that segment using entry page identifier.Then why sum of unique visitor for pages in that segment is not equal to overall number of unique visitor?

Hi Deepak, that's a pretty common mistake users make in Analytics. This KB article explains everything in detail: Compare sum of line items to report total
