Data Warehouse API problems since 11/19/2015 ?

Hello,

We have been requesting reports from the DW API (REST method) for some clients. It's quite big files with hundred thousand lines of data (eVar) with at least 10 columns (events). The average file is 40+ mb of data.

Since 11/19, the files only contains the header line (event40, evbent 13 ...) but no more data. And it's the case for all clients so it's not linked to one specific client.

Anyone can help ?

Hi,

I would recommend raising this issue to Adobe Customer Care to review- one of your supported users can enter a ticket.
