Hi,
We have various accounts set up using the Data Warehouse v1.4 API, with which we create data warehouse reports programmatically and retrieve the status of these reports until the report is complete, at which point we download the report. This works well a majority of the time, but we've noticed that reports created via API during certain periods will return an in_progress status indefinitely, despite the report created showing as completed in the Data Warehouse UI. It seems like the API is "losing" the jobs and never updating the status upon completion.
Most of the reports we are submitting complete within 3 minutes according to the UI, but will continue to report in_progress for 12+ hours, which is the point we give up checking on our end. This has happened for hundreds of requests across at least 7 accounts this week.
These blips seem to occur 1-2 times per week and for a few hours each blip it appears. We're looking for any insight into whether there's any ongoing API issues we should be aware or and if there's any way to increase the reliability, as these issues impact automated reporting processes. If there's a process where I need to submit an engineering ticket, I would be happy to.
Thank you!

Hey @amgpmg ,
You can submit a support ticket with Adobe Engineering team by logging a case with client care. You need to go to admin console, go to support section and create a case with details. Adobe client care team will assign the ticket accordingly.
Best,
Isha

Hi @amgpmg,
Since there hasn’t been any recent activity on this thread and as suggested by @igupta , this use case should be addressed with the help of Adobe Support, so, we’ll be closing this question for now.
If you have any related questions or updates to share, please don’t hesitate to request to reopen this one or start a new thread. We’d be happy to take another look.
Thanks!
