I appear to be setup as an admin for Analytics, but when I launch a dashboard, I get a message that I do not have permission to access this reportlet. It's not clear in the documentation where I need to adjust access permissions to be able to see these reports.

Please check the dimensions/report suites used in the reportlet and ensure that you have access to those. The permissions can be checked from Experience Cloud admin console (adminconsole.adobe.com) - there should be product profiles assigned against your account that has access to the required dimensions/metrics/report suites.
