Custom code in Action in a rule

In launch property , In one of the rules , in action Core extension , they have used custom code .

In custom code I find this script in custom code .

I have ommited the actual numbers and letters with xxxxxx. I

I want to know what this source.min.js file used for.

can anyone tell me , what is this url .

It is used in page load event  and some click event

Wait, so you are saying that there is an action specifically calling some specific Launch resource JS files?

 

That doesn't sound right at all..

 

I believe anything -source.min.js would be individual custom code blocks created by Launch... but all files should already be bundled and called via the main Launch file. Calling those files directly could lead to duplicating calls for the same resource, or referencing code that no longer exists (since these files are generated during the publishing flow / building a library)...

 

Without seeing what they are trying to do, I can't really speak to what they were attempting.. I'm going to assume that maybe they have a function in one file that they are trying to reference instead of re-write?? However, I would be concerned about this code just randomly failing if the reference changes, or gets removed entirely....
