Create a segment with imported Excel file

Is there a way to create a segment with an imported excel or CSV file rather than entering URLs one by one?

Hi from 2023, still curious if this was ever implemented as a feature (ie - create segments utilizing a CSV file that you import to Adobe Analytics)?
