Count pages within a segment

Hello,

I have created multiple segments including pages that start with "example1:", "example2:", "example3:"

Each segment contains multiple pages and I'm interested in a having a column that shows the amount of pages within the segment.

Is there a way of creating a metric with the amount of pages within a segment?

I would use Row Count calculated metrics for that, btw it truly works with dimensions so you have to use page dimension (collapsable) as a breakdown to see total pages in each segment.

I have another idea: use a calculated metric with the function "approximate count distinct"
