classification rule builder doesn't show in virtual reporting suite in adobe analytics

Need small help. what could be the reason if dimension created using classification rule builder doesn't show in virtual reporting suite. It is working fine in parent reporting suite. Ideally virtual reporting suite will inherit from parent reporting suite. Any thoughts.

If the Classification is created after Virtual RS Creation, Newly classified dimension will not be available in Virtual RS.
