Can we handle abandoned cart user and send email via adobe data collection only?

Hi @ravi7 

since the cart abandonment happens usually minutes after the Web visit, I don't think Adobe Tags is the right place to set this logic up. Sure you could come up with some kind of custom logic that could trigger a service if the user had added something to the cart but now yet purchased within x minutes, but I think the chances that a user has left the website in between are extremely high (unless you chose a super short cart abandonment trigger time).

I agree with this, I don't think that Data Collection would be the right place to try and trigger this sort of flow... the other problem is that the user would have to be on the site to trigger a rule... if the user closes the site, no abandonment, and if they are still on the site, it's likely the user is still shopping and no an abandonment....
