Can I 'send now' a project from an already scheduled project?

I've scheduled projects to be sent from the 1st of each month however I also want to send them now (prior to the 1st of next month). There isn't an option to 'send now' from the scheduled projects screen, however it seems to be an option within 'share' option the project itself! Is there a way to send now without having to add in all of the contacts and detail again (ie. from the already scheduled project?).

Hi @ruthb1 ,

In the Scheduled Project Manager, we don't have the option to send the project immediately. But, at any given time if you want to send the project immediately then you can open the specific project by navigating to the Workspace tab. After opening the project, you can go to Share & select the "Send File Now" option as shown below.

Hope this helps.

You can create a product profile within admin console of Experience cloud and add the users to whom you would like to send the workspace project then while sending the project immediately you can choose that profile directly(Group) instead of selecting the users individually.

This is the only way out as of now because send now option is not available in the scheduled projects. You would have to do it by opening the project in workspace.
