Adobe analytics report builder

Hello.
I am receiving a daily report in pdf format as a report builder for Adobe Analytics.

Today, I received the report in Excel, not in pdf format. With the warning below
"The transition to adobe acrobat format was not completed within 15 minutes. This resulted in the file being in its original format."

Please help if you know how to improve the error below.
Thank you.

Hi @jklee

If you're seeing PDF errors in Adobe Analytics, try simplifying the report—fewer panels or break it into smaller parts. You can also test exporting it to PDF manually. If it is taking too long on your computer, it’s probably timing out on Adobe’s server as well. If the issue keeps happening, it's a good idea to share the report with the error message with Adobe Support.

As an easy workaround, we can always schedule the Excel version and convert it to PDF after download.

Hope this helps!

That's a strange error.. I don't generally use PDF from Report Builder, so it's not something I have encountered....

Is this on the new Report Builder? Or the old Report Builder?

Also, how long has your report been running for... if this is a long running report, and this is the first instance of this happening, I would try running it again and see if the issue persists. It might just have been a temporary issue (possibly server maintenance caused some issues?)

As @Pankaj_Sabharwal mentioned, you could also check with Client Care / Support to see of they can find an issue in your report.
