I have set up my alerts on adobe analytics. The problem is that I receive the report at 12.32 am. I want to change the timing of the report to late evening. Is there any way I can change the reporting time?

The purpose of the alerts is to let you know when something significant is happening so that you can react quickly to it. For that reason, the reports are sent as soon as the data is available. If it's coming in at 12:30am I'm assuming that it's a daily granularity alert. If that's the case, then you want to be able to act on a full day's worth of data, sending a report in the evening would either mean only having half a day of data, or delaying your response to a significant anomaly by 3/4 of a day.
If you're looking for an update on metrics you could do a scheduled report. This wouldn't fire just when there is an anomaly, it would fire at the indicated time. So you can set up a dashboard with tables or Key Summary Metrics, basically anything you want, then set it to send to your email (or to whoever) on schedule. You can set the time to be sent in the evening if that is what you want. You can even set up the dashboard to have multiple metrics, so instead of multiple alert emails, you're seeing everything in one report. Set the file type to PDF, so that way you can just open it and see what is going on.
@YashwantRa - I don't think currently there is a way through console to change alert trigger time unless anyone else in community can advise otherwise. You may reach out to client care and sometimes they help in custom set ups like these.
Someone has shared an idea and you may like it to increase it's reach.

I don't think this is possible at the moment to change the alert delivery to late evenings. This functionality is not yet supported in the product.

I agree with this. Alerts aren't something that you schedule really... while you have minor control of the granularity (hourly, daily, etc)... as soon as the data is finished processing for that hour or day (which will have a slight delay for the processing time), the alert will be sent off...
Now, that said... in theory, you might be able to create a Virtual Report Suite, that has some time shifting on it... and set you daily alarm to that VRS... so that the "Daily" alert, would send closer to the time you want.
Let's say you are in timezone X
You would set your VRS to a timezone that is 2 or 3 (or whatever) timezones ahead....
So that the new timezone's midnight would align with your 10pm for example..... The alert would actually represent data from 10pm the previous day to 10pm today.... it would still be a 24 hour set of data....
Note, I have not tried this, but I know you can shift timezones with VRS, and I know you can set alerts on VRSs... so in theory this might be a solution... it's at least worth trying....
Or just use a scheduled report as @MandyGeorge suggested.
