I feel like this should be a fairly simple question-   How can I find our current Adobe Account Manager?

I think you can simply reach out to Adobe client care and they should be able to provide you details of your CSM.

Hi @ChrisWo10   If you're a customer, your employer/account will be assigned a Customer Success Manager (CSM). If you're a partner, your employer will have a dedicated partner team. They will be your primary points of contact for any collaboration with Adobe. Please check internally for the names of your assigned contacts, and feel free to reach out to them directly.
