ABAC and CJA: does ABAC set on AEP applies in CJA?

Hi community, 

I cannot find any information out there, so asking here. 

If some ABAC rules and permissions are set in AEP, how does that apply in CJA? 

For instance: I set some labels and permissions for a field group. The field group is used in a schema for a dataset that gets connected to CJA. 

Is the labeled data possible to access on CJA?
