404 Error

Avatar

Hi,

An agency has been sending traffic to a page that returns a 404 error; however, when looking in the 'Page Not Found' report, we do not see the page.  Any ideas on how we can get this fixed?  We have 404 pages tagged in DTM.

Thanks,

Lisa

Hi lisaw49143570,

To populate the 'Pages Not Found' report you must s.pageType to value "errorPage" on the pages whichreturn 404 error. Below is detailed article regarding this configuration variable:

alim92960278 You could have a page load rule, which checks the page URL for it being a 404 page and then sets the s.pageType variable. I believe you need to use the custom code for this.
