Workspace lagging / sluggish

More often than not I experience that Workspace gets sluggish if you use it for a while. Up to the point that the whole page becomes unresponsive and you need to restart the browser or even reboot the system. A couple of users experienced this on various machines. It seems to consume a lot of resources.
