Twitter service announcements

Having one of the best twitter communities, it would be great to have an OMTRAnnouncement handle to feed announcements like maintenance releases, new s_codes, temporary outages, other important updates, ... (just no PR)

Thanks very much for the suggestion.  I've gone ahead and reserved a Twitter handle for this purpose, but please be aware that doesn't mean it is a "go."  The idea has not been adopted or implemented as yet. 

There have been, and currently are, other related projects under way concerning user notifications, in light of which this idea needs to be taken under consideration.  For now, the handle is "OMTRAnnounces" and, to reiterate, wherever possible, you should continue to rely on broadcast messages within the Online Marketing Suite before solely tuning into this account for important announcements.
