The Visit Number variable should be SAINT classifiable

Because a user wouldn't quite care if it was 32nd or 33rd visit. Smiley Happy

I ended up spending an eVar copying the Visit Number variable into it and then classifying.

I think all of the out-of-the-box variables should be "classify-able"
