Create a new Admin setting to set the default domain name for a report suite to either use www or not. Just as you do with Google's Webmaster settings, you would set for example either www.domainname.com or domainname.com as the default domain name. This would eliminate seeing 2 line items for the file name in the downloads report or duplicate Page Names in the Page Name report.
