Sharing Editable Workspaces

As Admin I have the ability to edit another users workspace report for them and save it.

As a standard user, users are unable to edit reports shared with them, they can only do Save As

This causes issues when more than 1 person needs to collaborate on a piece of work, they are unable to share and save changes / updates without doing Save As then sharing the workspace back, which creates multiple reports of the same thing in essence, and also leaves things open to mistakes, if one is updated and Saved As, but the other person not sent it and they are using an older version
