Serious bug in totals line

I have a "key metrics" report open in SC15 and the totals line is incorrect for my calculated metrics.  This has been explained by clientcare as a "a quirk of the calc metric" but from my point of view it's a massive error where my data is over reporting by >1200%.

 

Currently, from what I am aware there is no plan to fix this bug, hence my post.

 

My calculated metric is very simple; it divides an Event by Visits.  One a line-by-line basis the data is correct in the Key Metrics report.  However, the total row for this metric simply sums the column values.  This is wrong and the data will be misinterpreted by the business so it needs fixing.

Did you submit a bug on this through client care?  If so, can you please give me the bug number.  If not, can you please submit a bug so we can get it assigned.  Please let me know either way.

Hi JD - no I didn't submit a bug through clientcare as they said it was a known feature / quirk and isn't being treated as a bug.  My opinion is that it's a serious bug becuase the reported data is incorrect.
