At present in Adobe analytics anyone can save a project as a Template and this template is immediately available for use when creating a new project for any other Adobe Analytics user. this is not ideal as not ALL templates are created for broader use.
I would like to suggest a similar option as exists for Segments/Metrics where you can:
- Approve a template (which makes it available to any other Adobe Analytics user)
- Share a template (which will make it available to the users shared with)
This will allow you to better manage templates instead of searching thru the full list of templates saved by users (a chunk of which are actually just applicable for the user who saved the template)
