Predefined Calculated Metrics

There are few calculated metrics most of the stakeholders would like to have them in Analytics. Why don't we have the right calculated metrics predefined in Analytics?

Ex: cart abandonment, ROAS, AOV etc.,

A user will just have to enable them if they are applicable for them or if they are not applicable, they just don't enable them..

Isn't this will increase the number of calculated metrics list high and search for required one will be a challenge.

But one time effort to identify the needed one then can be reused as many times as required - Good
